I MAKE personal growth fun…
BECAUSE THE WORLD NEEDS A GENERATION who are ready to rise.

I help girls go from “Can I do this?” to “Watch me!”
And honestly? It’s the best job ever.
Hey hey—I'm Jessica!
For the past 15 years, I’ve been coaching and mentoring youth, helping them build confidence, courage, and a little everyday magic.
Because let’s be real—being a young person today is challenging. The world wants women and marginalized groups to play safe and small - that’s a no for me. I provide tools and supports to help the next generation navigate life from a place of deep self-trust, discovering and following their own inner wisdom.
As an ICF-certified leadership coach, I work with:
✨ Girls and gender diverse youth who want less stress and more confidence while breaking free from the “shoulds”
✨ Teens & young adults feeling the weight of school and extra curricular pressures and expectations
✨ Young people navigating post-secondary, careers, and answering the big question of… what’s next?!
✨ Anyone ready to rediscover their magic and express themselves more fully in the world.
WHY COACHING?
Coaching interventions build resilience, optimism, social/emotional competencies, problem-solving skills and mental wellness.
As a certified youth leadership coach, I have been trained to help young people navigate the challenges unique to their stage of life through evidence-based strategies.
I specialize in teen and young adult biological and cognitive development and personal growth. I’ve worked with a lot of “quarterlifers” (Millenials, Gen Z and Gen Alphas) and I GET what they are going through.
Coaching helps young people to rise and thrive through self-mastery, self-advocacy, and self-determination. Bonus - we usually share some laughs and have fun together.
Get to know me better:
I’m a Bona-Fide Nature Lover
You’ll find me collecting sea glass, hugging trees, and endlessly raving about how stunning Mother Nature is. Indigenous wisdom and our reciprocal relationship to land resonate deeply with me (seriously, Braiding Sweetgrass speaks to my soul). Bonus: there's a young adult version that I can’t stop talking to my clients about.
Reality TV > Literature (Sometimes)
Look, I love reading, but reality TV? It’s my guilty pleasure. On a typical evening you’ll find me folding laundry and getting my psychoanalysis fix from Love is Blind or Real Housewives, a bowl of Boom Chica Pop by my side. Don’t worry documentaries and non-fiction are still my jam.
Breaking the Achievement Myth
I’m all about shifting away from toxic overachievement—especially the capitalist-patriarchal kind. As a reformed overachiever, I know that with the right skills, we can build meaningful lives without burning out. I teach girls to ditch the achievement = identity paradigm. Starting sooner makes it much easier to untangle.
Community is the Secret Sauce
As a social introvert, you won’t find me attending every event, but I do focus on building authentic relationships with people who lift me up. Community, connection and belonging are the antidote to so many of life’s struggles. And being able to be authentic within a community that supports you? That’s a goal worth striving for.
Movement = Mental Health
Walks, yoga, lifting heavy things, running—anything that gets me moving is a daily non-negotiable. I love doing it with a friend for the extra accountability (because, yes, procrastination is real). But when I hit the endorphin high after a run or walk? That’s when I’m really glowing.

My CORE VALUES
✨ Expression:
Everyone has power and magic inside them. I’m here to help you step into that power and express it, confidently. Let’s use our voices y’all!
🌿 Authenticity:
Real talk: pretending to be someone you’re not is exhausting. Show up as your true self, share your voice and watch the world respond.
🌱 Growth:
Growth is messy, exciting, and fun when you embrace it. Like learning to ride a bike—you fall, you get back up, and you keep going.
💫 Community:
Together we rise, for real. This journey is way more fun with others cheering you on and a share sense that we have eachother’s backs.
💪 Courage:
Big change takes guts! But guess what? You’ve already got the courage within you. Courageous action leads to confidence.
🌟 Joy:
Life’s too short to take it all seriously. Let’s find the joy in the little things. Gratitude and presence to the glimmers around us give us energy to keep going.
the path that led me here…
(in case you want the nuts & bolts)
I have walked many (non-linear!) paths - from varsity athlete to corporate lawyer to leadership coach and yoga teacher.
I bring guidance from this varied experience along with evidence-based coaching and tools to the youth & organizations I work with.
